We have a scaled shipping (delivery) charge for all orders made on this website. Shipping is added at checkout according to your current order.

We only provide automated quotes to ship to Australia and New Zealand.

- Dispatch times may vary, but we attempt to dispatch all orders within 2-3 days of payment confirmation.
- Delivery times vary between 6-8 working days. This time frame is an estimate only.
- During any promotion periods, delivery times may be extended by an additional 4-5 days.
- All delivery times advised are estimated dates only & may be subject to change.
- Shipping & Handling charges will apply. In some cases, when promotions are in place, this may seem disproportionate due to the heavy discounting on the price of the goods.
- A signature will be required on delivery, so please make sure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your goods. If no one is available to sign for the goods, the parcel will be delivered to your local Post Office for pick up.
Stock is subject to availability. We strive to keep stock information on our website current.
Should we be unable to deliver an ordered item within our published time frame, you will be notified by a representative from our Customer Service department with a more accurate estimated time of delivery. The customer can then elect to wait for delivery, apportion the value to a further purchase or choose a refund.
Goods ordered online cannot be collected from an agent’s store.
If you have purchased a product that has since sold out, firstly we are very sorry! We try very hard to keep our inventory correct to avoid disappointment, but occasionally stock errors do happen. If this happens with your order we will contact you with expected time frames. If you are not happy to wait, we understand and will cancel your order and refund your payment.
Return of Goods
Please do select your items carefully. Goods will not be exchanged if you have simply changed your mind. A refund will only be considered if the product is faulty and is returned within 28 days of receipt of the goods, with the purchase receipt and a valid reason for the refund.
Motorbike Escape is not required under the Consumers Guarantees Act to provide a refund simply because you have changed your mind about your purchase, so please choose your product carefully. Granting of a refund or replacement is entirely at the discretion of Motorbike Escape after inspection of the returned goods. Please note, product may not always be able to be replaced if stock is no longer available. A refund, credit or replacement will be applied through the original payment method; after Motorbike Escape have received the return item/s. Goods are returned to Motorbike Escape at your own expense. If Motorbike Escape deem the goods to be faulty we will credit the cost of your postage to your account.
Motorbike Escape is committed to providing you with quality products so we are very selective in the products that we stock to ensure that they meet our and your expectations. All items are subject to a quality control check prior to dispatch, however, if you are unhappy with the quality of a product received please contact us immediately and we will undertake to either replace or refund the item in question at our cost.

We try very hard to ensure our images are an accurate description of our products however different computer monitors and settings mean that the actual product colours may differ to expected but colours can be checked while remaining in packaging, so only remove from packaging if you are choosing to keep the product. We cannot accept return products for a refund, credit or replacement that have been removed from their packaging.
